About the Center The Information and Documentation Center was established by virtue of former Popular Committee Decision No. 22 of 2008 concerning the organizational structure of universities and higher education institutions, which stipulated its direct affiliation to the University President. This Center is considered a cornerstone of the university due to its vital role in formulating plans and contributing to their implementation to achieve the university's strategic objectives.
